Feeder / Winklepicker rods

I have been looking through the Askari catalogue for a new feeder rod, and came across some winklepicker rods. Askari have both feeder and winklepicker feeder rods and I was wondering what the difference is . The feeder rod I'm after has got to be no more than 9 or 10 foot long because of peg size on local lake, and Askari have both types of rod that fit the bill. Both types have 3 tips and from the look of them in the pic, both look to be the same (except for about a fiver difference in price). Anyone out there used (or uses) the winklepicker type?. If so, what's the difference?..
